"The attendants on duty need to be more informative when asked questions concerning use of the internet for laptops, hooking up the VCR system and there was a problem where they had me checked out and charged me the 69.99, but it was remedied when I went to the front desk. And the cleaning lady never came until the last day I was there and I had an infant sleeping. I asked her to come back later and she said she didn't know if she could. My room was never cleaned in 8 days time. On a good note,it was great to have the kitchenette."
